Cisco Germany was established in April 1993 as a 100% subsidiary company of Cisco Systems, the leading global provider of network solutions for the internet.

Cisco in Germany has the task of supporting the distributors in marketing and sales as well as in the technical support and channel management. The company therefore works with a customer-oriented sales model. The focus is on the public sector, the telecommunications industry and small and medium-sized businesses. The proximity to the customers provides more branches in Germany, including Berlin, Bonn, Hamburg, Dusseldorf and Stuttgart. There are altogether a total of 850 staff employed in Germany.
